Damaged Items
We accept returns and replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
- The item must not have been damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Damaged Items
At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are not damaged or defective.
